Something special is brewing in Cuba, Missouri. Frisco’s Grill & Pub is teaming up with Public House Brewing Company to launch our brand-new collaboration and we’re celebrating with a party you won’t want to miss.

Join us on Thursday, July 31st for a summer evening filled with great beer, live music, and a menu crafted just for the occasion…all set on our outdoor patio right off historic Route 66.

Introducing Watson Lager

Brewed in collaboration with Public House Brewing, Watson Lager is a crisp, easy-drinking beer made to bring people together. It’s named in honor of John and Virginia Watson, two local legends whose spirit and generosity continue to inspire our Frisco’s family. This launch is more than a release, it’s a tribute.

Kick things off with complimentary Watson Lager samples, light walk-around snacks, and patio vibes.

6:00 PM | Dedication Ceremony
Gather with us as Jimmy and the Frisco’s team pay tribute to John and Virginia Watson, including a special presentation and commemorative poster reveal.

6:15 PM | Live Music + Special Menu Begins
The celebration continues with live music by The Ozark Snappers and the launch of a one-night-only menu featuring dishes made with and inspired by Watson Lager.
